As CEO, Chip oversees the strategic direction of Riddle & Bloom, a Boston based firm that connects the world’s leading brands with the next generation consumer.  Chip has more than 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment marketing and has worked at some of the industry’s leading agencies. Chip started his career at IMG as an agent on the PGA Tour and later created and managed an event licensing division and the David Ledbetter Junior Golf Academy. He then moved on to Arnold Communications, a large advertising agency in Boston, where he started Arnold Sports Marketing. In 1997, Arnold purchased Woolf Associates and Rives became the President of Sports and Entertainment Marketing of the agency. Chip later became the President of Lapham/Miller, an advertising agency focused on technology, healthcare, and university capital campaigns. He founded TRP Sports and Entertainment in 2003. Chip graduated from Wake Forest University and also earned an MBA from Wake Forest’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.
